Academic Background & Qualifications

‘Atif holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Judicial and Advocatory Practice from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (CGPA 3.82/4.00) and a Bachelor of Fiqh and Fatwa with Honours (Second Class Upper), with specific coursework in Inheritance Law and Islamic Family Law. He is a Certified Melaka Syarie Lawyer, qualified to advise and act on Syariah-related legal matters in Malaysia.

Having served as an Estate Administration Executive at As-Salihin Trustee Berhad one of Malaysia’s leading Islamic trust companies ‘Atif has guided families through the complete estate administration process, including:

  • Applying for Grant of Probate and Letter of Administration
  • Obtaining Sijil Faraid for the distribution of Muslim estates
  • Managing asset liquidation, debt settlement, and property transfer
  • Explaining the distribution process clearly to beneficiaries and heirs
  • Advising on Islamic Estate Planning instruments including wasiat and hibah
